The account holder will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following applies when depositing funds to baje88:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).

Deposited funds must come only from your own legitimate account.
Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal time: usually processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawal requests may require review and approval.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, total balance ৳2,200.
Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, total balance ৳41,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is not allowed unless the terms state otherwise.
baje88 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt to abuse the bonus system is detected — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or claiming bonuses while hiding location using a VPN — the account may be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.1 Fair Play Assurance

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

Your VIP tier improves based on your gaming activity and consistency. Regular and active gaming is required to reach higher tiers. baje88 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6.3 Cashback Payment Rules

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account. Withdrawals may be on hold until the cashback calculation is confirmed as correct.

User Code of Conduct

All baje88 members must follow the code of conduct below:

7.1 General Conduct

You must treat other members and staff with respect.
Providing false information or concealing your identity is prohibited.
No illegal activity of any kind may be conducted on the platform.
Attempting to obtain another member's account information is prohibited.

7.2 Conduct in Live Chat

The use of rude, threatening, or sexually harassing language in customer support chat is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in account closure.
